i wouldn't like to choose a single game, but there arefour categories of games i'd say are most replayable:
1. sandbox games - games like civilisation and sim city- i'm sure many people have been playing civ for over a decade
2. competetive online games - mainly fps and rts... there are people who play starcraft daily and have been every day since 1998, and similarly there are people i know who've been playing counterstrike since beta 6.6, which was around 2000
3. mmorpgs - i spent over six thousand hours playing everquest over the space of two and a half years, that was damn near 8 hours per day
4. rpgs - while they pale in comparison to mmorpgs for potential playtime (unless you're a pretty die hard fan), most rpgs will still last 2-5 times longer than a typical game, just on one play through - and the better ones out there invite multiple plays
really, i think if it has more than100 hours of gameplay, it falls into one of the above categories - and many games that do fall into the above categories can easily support many hundreds, and certainly thousands of hours of gameplay
