Im guessing this is for gaming? Do not get a headset. I would recommend a Audio Techinica AD700 + a mini clip on mic from Deal Extreme. Or a Grado SR80i/SR60i + a mini clip on mic from Deal Extreme. Mad Lust Envy's thread on HeadFi- http://www.head-fi.org/t/534479/mad-lust-envys-headphone-gaming-guide-updated-9-29-2012-he-400-editedMini Clip on Mic-http://dx.com/p/mini-clip-on-microphone-7080Mad Lust Envy recommends the clip on mic highly and does not recommend the Zalman Mic one bit. Better start taking some notes Bozanimal:P

Definitely read the Headphone FAQ stickied at the top of the forum. You also didn't mention what you'd be using this with: Console or PC? Happy gaming, Boz

You'll need to be aware of connectivity when purchasing, then. Consider an Astro Mixamp for console connectivity, amplification, and surround-sound processing. Best of all, it allows you to use any headphone and mic when gaming. Turtle Beach has a similar product, the DSS 2, but it's inferior to the Mixamp in terms of quality. The Astro A30 mixamp and headset bundle is actually a pretty good deal for a console and PC gamer. Good luck, Boz

I own a Siberia V2 and couldn´t be happier with it,the sound quality is great(with really good passive noise reduction),the uni-directional retractible mic has really good quality and overall it´s an extremely comfortable headset to use.

Overall it´s great if you´re looking for an affordable, quality headset.
