Tomb Raider Anniversary Controls question, please help!

This is so dumb, but Ican't figure out how to do the focus mode moves.. I can't find it in any instructions, can anyone playing tell me what you need to do?

I know theenemy needs to go into a rage, but what do you press when time slows down and you see the 4 arrows? Sometimes I'll just do a move, sometimes I wont. What is the actual control?

when it turns all blurry, press SHIFT. then wait for the reticle on the enemy to turn red and shoot for high damage

EDIT: wait i just read the part with the 4 arrows... are you talking about the action sequences?? that's pretty simple no? up for W left for A.. etc

no it isnt the action sequence, it's when the enemy's rage and rush. What I wasnt doing was hitting shift...

But with the arrows, there are 4 green arrows that appearin the bottom right of the screen every time they rage, what is that for?

I have never noticed that before, lol i'll go check it out

edit: maybe it's telling you that you can dodge in those directions? still gotta check it out later =p

well. I'm officially stuck. I'm at the centaurs and theynever turn red when they charge, so I CAN'T do a focus shot. Do I need to do something to make her aim at the head? The red circle is on them but it never goes to the head, and I can't do a shot.
