I play alot of games so much i'm Going to school again to become a game tester or better. I am brutally honest and never try to force people to play a game i don't think they would like. Like my friend who wanted to buy a Wii and although i love the Wii with this specific person i couldn't recommend any games. if he wasn't my friend i would have told him get it with Red Steel rofl) but yeah the point is i'm just honest

We'll i been Downloading a bunch of the Free MMORPGand the past week i have downloaded and installed and created accounts so you don't have to. I will give you my top 5(although i plan on only playing 1 or 2) the rest are good games and depending on what type of games you like might apeal to you. These are the top 5 in terms of Production Value and Gameplay. i played every Game 5 or more hrs

1 Anarchy online : this is now 100% free although they charge for expansions but there not needed
2 Gpotato (they actually have 4 free MMO and i'll count it as one since you use the same account)
3 Trickster
4 Maple Story
5 Conquer Online

Anarchy online is an old Pay to Play game and for free it easly takes number 1 for free MMORPG. This game is so deep and it's a real game. it's not like the Gpotato games wich were always intended to be free and therefore lacked the content and depth. Imagine WOW free to download and pay. the closest you can get is Anarchy Online.(Maybe if 5 years Wow will be free)

Gpotato series this group takes 2nd easy Rappelz,FLYFF,Corum and Space Cowboy are all free at gpotatot.com and you won't be mad you d/l any of the games. Space cowboy offers something new and fresh but lacks depth. the best out of this bunch is Rappelz but Corum (wich is new) looks promising is easy to play and looks good.

Trickster This game looks good. ok ok so what it's 2d and it looks like a saturday morning cartoon. thats why it looks so good it's so detailed and colorful in motion it's just amazing. Imagine the Mana(from squareenix) series and times it by 20 and thats what this game looks like.With a nice job system sure to grab someones attanetion

Maple Story is another 2d MMORPG but this one is in side scrolling view is kinda unorthidox for a MMORPG it's really annoying fighting in this game since you limtied to left right only you can't avoid enemys and touching them messes you up(kinda like mario) but it's well made and if you can pass the first hr you may be hooked for awhile i would rather play trickster than this butthis game has been out longer.

Conquer Online is 5th and trust me this is not even deserving to be on this list but niether are the rest of the Free MMORP cause they suck. this games kinda cool cause of the ****s the kung fu fighting is cool getting to high levels but the production vale in this and the rest of the MMORPG that didn't make the list are all really bad. but if your into Fighting and what a MMORPG with a punch try this it's free.

Personally I'm not fond of MMORPGs, I'm lazy and a procrastinator as it is, if I started playing something time-consuming like that, I'd disappear into my computer room and have my corpse discovered a few weeks later by neighbours irritated by the smell.

Personally I'm not fond of MMORPGs, I'm lazy and a procrastinator as it is, if I started playing something time-consuming like that, I'd disappear into my computer room and have my corpse discovered a few weeks later by neighbours irritated by the smell.

Sorry runescape is good for a Webgame no install needed but it's not a real game it's a webgame so i wouldn't add it. Runescape had me chopping wood and making fires and before i never played another game for 5 months i just stoped there. it looks like it has some crazy depth but i'm good. those GFX are just hideous

All games become a boring drag. Anarchy is good because of the style of MMORPG it's a Sci fi type MMORPG with lazer guns and light sabers type swords later on. it's really deep and if you played Free MMorpg get ready to be shocked at the depth of this game compared. this isn't a game made free it was first made for 50 and 15 a month and only recently is now 100% free do to lack of community paying and buying the game. so they learned small publishers shouldn't make MMORPG(funcom is making the age of conan MMORPG)Funcom is the original developer.

Sorry runescape is good for a Webgame no install needed but it's not a real game it's a webgame so i wouldn't add it. Runescape had me chopping wood and making fires and before i never played another game for 5 months i just stoped there. it looks like it has some crazy depth but i'm good. those GFX are just hideouspeacebringer

True, I will admit that it is fun (I got drawn into playing a bit myself), but it's more the userbase than the game itself that gets me. It's pretty much the hotspot for all the 'ogm giv munee plz or ur a n00b' kiddies. Of course, this is quite a generalization and there are several sensible people who also play the game, but for the most part, most of the other users make me wish there was a 'stab this fool in the face' option.

Na your right. i used to grief people in WOW but one day i got my day. This NE hunter had his pet in the starting zone and named him LVL 7 Barren Cat i've had higher levels but i made a new guy cause my server was down. looking at this cat i was like hey there no cats around here he must be a boss so me and my guildie(from the other server) went and attacked it a split second we were demolished by a 60 hunter haha clever.

World of Warcraft . . . . I honestly don't believe the hype. I tried Star Wars Galaxies the first few months it was out and absolutely hate that game!

RS isn't bad for a while untill you realise you're just doing the same thing over and over - Mining, for example. And the grinding seems to made worse by the fact that it's Multiplayer. I mean, it might aswell not be - the only time you talk to someone is to tell them to piss off away from your coal ore, and then when you're trying to sell the ore to some awkward Pest.
You're traversing the same samey cities and the Quests are just frustrating piles of Suck.
And yes, the Graphics are absolute exrement.
But for a web-game, you can't complain.

has anybody ever tried knight online? i played it for a while and its really addicting with good pvp. but horrible game management and bugs and other annoying factors made me leave for WOW

2nd off sword play is very boring!

3rd off I really dislike lord of the rings and that whole middle earth idea! Elfs and dwarfs are pretty boring!

Gaming is not about what you like it's about what others make. you have no control over the games you play ,what if they made all games Middle earth or LOTR you'll stop gaminh i doubt that your just pick a hunter and pick a gun rather than a bow.(like you can do in WOW)your not a hardcore gamer if you can't appreciate games for what they look like. it's what they play like that matters the most. If you give a game a 1 in review does that mean your bold enough to find more than 3 people who agree with a 1 for any game?
