Looks like a good budget build. But I would get a better case and psu if it was me but that would push the budget around $450

Yea, I would really shell out that extra $50 for the peace of mind.

http://www.newegg.com/Product/ComboBundleDetails.aspx?ItemList=Combo.611154

  1. Antec One Hundred :$59.99
  2. GIGABYTE GA-870A-UD3 :$94.99
  3. Antec EA-500D Green :$69.99
  4. AMD HDZ555WFGMBOX :$89.99
  5. G.SKILL F3-10666CL9D-4GBNQ :$44.99
  • Combined Total:$359.95
  • Combo Discounts:-$31.96
  • Combo Price:$327.99

Then just slap in the 5770, and then you've just got yourself a TRUE quality PSU, a very good case, and a much better mobo. Also, the X2 555 is arguably better than the X4 640, in the sense that you have a VERY HIGH chance to unlock it to be essentially a X4 955.

I don't think a $400 PC would be able to play BattleField 3 on very high settings. It depends on whether or not you unlock the CPU from x2 to X4, the res your gonna play at and what GPU you end up getting

Depends on resolution. With the price drops slowly hitting, its possible.
