DEAD AIR- While two of the campaigns take place in big cities they both stress something different. In No Mercy, you fight your way through cramped tight areas to get to Mercy Hospital and freedom. In Dead Air, your team takes flight across the rooftops facing different challenges on your journey to safety. The Dead Air Campaign Ends at an Airport.

All that is left is one unamed rural campaign.

In Other News. In a Recent Interview Chet commented on the length of Left 4 Dead.

GVK: Roughly how long is the game and how many new maps will players get for multiplayer?

CF: Left 4 Dead was created to be replayable, so in that sense it is as long as people have been playing de-dust in Counter-Strike. Each campaign takes from one to two and half hours to play in co-op mode. In versus a campaign can take hours to complete as each side plays through the campaign.

Just be sure your truthful to yourself if it's not really that great or gets old fast. I felt this way about Land of the Dead, but if your look at my review, I gave it only the credit it deserved, which was not much.

Yeah I'm far gone. I really love zombies. Like to the point to where I'd buy anything with zombies in it. Resident Evil is one of, if not my favorite gaming series of all time. I own all the Romero Zombie Movies on DVD (and plenty more), even the **** Diary of the Dead :( I don't think a day goes by where I don't glance at the Zombie Survival Guide.

And I Love Valve. So really, I've never been more hyped for a game ever. The only thing that comes close is REmake on the cube. As to your question about Dead Space and Dead Island. I'm not too interested in Dead Space, but I may give it a try if I get the chance. Dead Island has zombies, so it's definitely somewhere on my radar, but I haven't heard anything about it in awhile. I'd expect it to be an average game.

I also Played and Bought Land of the Dead. Land of the Dead which got what, a 2 or 3 here (On the PC). I thought it sucked, but it was like a 5 in my book.

I gave LOTD a 5 also if I remember. We will have to hook up on relaease date (if I'm not working)

We will have to make a thread to rate the game about 5 weeks post release, to see how it fairs. I am sure I'll play it for quite a while. I am one of the few who played LOTD mutiplayer (do not tell anyone)

i have more hours logged in at tf2 than any games in recent years (since diablo 2 and bg2), so i personally think that $45 for a multiplayer is reasonable.

Anyways, the pic of the cornfield makes me a little more interested in this game. I thought there would only be a city setting in this game. Looks good, especiallly the way the corn stalks bend as the zombies crash out of them.
