Well a new motherboard counts as having a new PC.
So the proper question would be, "what old parts can I fit into my new motherboard?"
Read the spec sheet of your motherboard it tells you all the requirements for inserting:
CPU: Must be socket type 1155
RAM: Must be DDR3 1333 MHz to 2133MHz
GPU: Must be PCI-E x16 2.0
anything that fills those requirements will fit.
Also, I don't know European prices well, but buying separately is usually cheaper in the states. Try searching for those parts individually in stores, you might save. Any P67 or Z68 board will work with the 2500K.
