after the installation of my new radeon hd 3650 my directx is not functioning.. after i've reDL`ed it it doesnt work also,, anyone can help?? pls

could you explain what isn't functioning exactly? what problems are you experiencing? directx is just an api, do you mean the video card driver? if so, head over to amd.com and find the latest.

As was said in your other thread, download and install the drivers. By the sound of it, it is a driver problem not a dx9 problem.
