I know that BF2 and BF2142 have built in voice chat. I'm not sure if css has got it since I haven't played it in a while. Once you plug in your headset go to the sound properties and make sure it is set up properly there. After you have done that then you should be good to go. You should be able to get to the sound properties by either right clicking the little speaker icon in the task bar and choosing "Adjust Audio Properties" or going into the control panel.

I love my headphones. They are USB, so no sound card needed. And they are 5.1 surround sound (3 speakers in each ear piece). I have a nice speaker system for my PC that I got with my PC (around 4 years ago) and I have never used them. To me there is nothing better than a good pair of headphones when gaming. Speakers are so 2 gens ago.

CSS does have voice chat the defualt key is "K". I'm considering getting a head set because right now I'm using speakers and a mic but the mic is pretty crappy.....well for VOIP not for Teamspeak though.

I agree, I love my headphones, I have the Logitech USB headset, not sure what model, but they were rather inexpensive. What hp's do you have? I haven't used my 5.1 creative speakers in a looong time, as I end up waking the wife up to a nasty temper tantrum anyway :)

I recently bought the Logitech USB set.  Thus far I'm quite happy with them.
