Hey, so ever since I built this computer I've had this problem where no matter what program I'm in the computer will occasionally freeze up. Nothing shows up while this is happening, but the computer will still show things I've inputed (keystrokes and the like) after it's done freezing. It will go in and out of freezing up for about a minute and then it won't do it for awhile. I've also noticed while playing games that my fps is at 1 while this is happening. Should I assume this is a video card issue or could it be something else? I have an ATI 5870 and I always keep the latest drivers installed.
Video Lag Spikes?
