all its dont for me is make things like office opening right, network options unrecognized, services not stopping when i tell them to, random hangs in ie7, more system memory used and give me an error on every startup. im very angry that MS released something this buggy. anyone else having problems on a 64 bit vista with sp1?

Mine is great. I have Vista x64, and the service pack installed perfectly, and now everything seems a bit more responsive. And I actually have less memory usage. I used to sit at 43%, now I'm at 39%.

My processor temp went unusually high during installation, but everything's back to normal now. Ram usage is slightly up, from 27% idle to 40% idle... No hanging whatsoever. One big difference though, I had 72.0 gb free hdd space before installation, now I have 84.3gb free space.
