I took out some that would definately lag, and took out OrangeBox cuz im already getting it. Suggestiions/voting welcome

Battlefield 2142, World in Conflict and The Witcher are the ones I would go with. If you've never played Morrowind before, but are interested, you should get that one too since it doesn't cost hardly anything by now.Litchie

He posted exactly what I was thinking, get BF2142,WiC, and the Witcher, and get Morrowind as well, its only like twenty (US)dollars I think now, or somewhere around there.

For shoooter, I'd say you can't go wrong with either one, but I'll just say F.E.A.R. cuz it has single player that isn't just multiplayer with bots (like BF series) and your typical shooter multiplayer.

RTS: I think supcoms expansion is standalone, and knowing THQ, they'll just make it to where you can't play the other races on multiplayer, but you can play everything else in skirmish and single player. So really, I hardly play Supcom's multiplayer, so if I didn't own the first one, I'd just get the expansion only.

Company of Heroes and it's expansion are not to be missed out on, if you can get them, get them! I Think there is a good bundle on Steam, definetly get CoH even if you can't get the expansion.

RPG: I love the Witcher, but it's load times are killing me, I haven't even finished it yet. Oblivion is fun, mainly because it's so damned moddable, but it's not exactly the best RPG out there. never played the others though, but the Elder scrolls is very moddable, so it's still fun after a while.

RTS: Company of Heroes

FPS: FEAR

RPG: Morrowind (Even trying all the patches and having a new machine, Oblivion crashes, blue screens and just wont run properly on my system).

Out of all the game, i highly recommend Company of Heroes. It's an amazing game, if you like RTS and are a WWII buff this game will be perfect.

I would have to say:

F.E.A.R for single-player only. It's multiplayer portion is free. BF2142 If you like those type of online games.

I have a similar card as you, and Oblvion works fine on high, and I'll reccomedn that, and the witcher would probably run well on it too.
