Ok, so I've never been much of a PC gamer but I've been thinking about building a PC just for gaming. I would like to play games on high settings but also want to know how expensive that would be. I dont have room for a monitor so I just want to be able to hook it up to my TV and use a wireless mouse and keyboard. What are some parts yall recommend and what are the best places to buy them from?

Well first we'd need to know how much you'd want to spend on your new PC.

United States: newegg.com Simply search for the above terms. Google a few how to's on building PC's. It's really not that hard at the end of the day. -Intel i5 2500k -Nvidia 560ti or AMD 6950 -8GB DDR3 RAM -600W Power Supply Unit -Whatever case takes your fancy -Nice Asus motherboard, and you're all set.

You can always check out DIY page on newegg. If you don't feel comfortable building on your own, you can also try ibuypower.com

I think it's great that pc gaming has come to this. The template above is all you need for a solid pc build. Combined with what Steam has done for ease of use for pc games and you have what equates to a "GOLDEN AGE" of pc gaming. I don't subscribe to the whole pc gaming is dead thing. I've heard that every year since 2001. PC gaming has it's ups and downs just like everything else. I remember the days of multiple floppies and 56k baud modems and would never go back. PC GAMING IS DA #### right now and the future!:)
