The only way anyone here could give you a definitive answer is if it had been publicly announced - and if it had been publicly announced, you wouldn't have to ask here.
Given that Blizzard is actively working on StarCraft II, another expansion for WoW and upto two other MMOs that we know about, I think it's likely that they won't have anything else in principle development right now.
It's likely that WarCraft 4 will be coming sooner or later, but first is StarCraft 2, and second is probably Diablo 3. Realistically, if WC4 is coming, it will be around 2015 at the soonest.
the only game that's coming out for sure is starcraft 2 and the wow expansion. there's this project hydra that they're working on, but no one knows for certain what it is. but most people don't think it's warcraft 4. most people think it's either an mmorpg or diablo 3.
they're probably working on something else at the same time, but nothing's been made public.
People think it's another MMO because they are doing a large staff hire for a Non-Wow MMO project. This is publicly possted on Blizzards corporate jobs page. Thats the only clue I've heard though. I can't see them making Diablo into an MMO when Wow is already a huge fantasy MMO hit. I would think the sensible thing would be to make Starcraft into an MMO. No one has been able to fill the Sci-Fi MMO niche thats probably still floating around out there.
Blizzard will be able to continue WoW with more expansions then once lv 100 is reached they can move onto WC4 to start new storylines or cover certain events that were not covered in detail in WoW. Now this is just speculation as WoW expansions could also do that; we will have to wait and see Blizzards responses to the receptions of their future expansions.
