What are some good top-down view 2D PC games?

Other than Baldurs Gate Series, Icewind Dale series, Fallout series, Diablo series, Divine Divinity, Beyond Divinity, Planescape Torment, and Zax Alien Hunter, what are some other 2D top-down PC games?

if youre looking for a shooter variant, I would add "take no prisoners" its old, not the most pretty game, but man that game rocked back in the day ^^

And I nearly forgot Crusader: No Remorse/Regret... those games were just so much cooler then the average scifi diablo clone, and had some good music too ^^

Just going to re-iterate a couple that were already mentioned.. Nox is a totally awesome action RPG. The wizard is the most entertaining of the three classes, but they're all fun and they each have their own storyline.

Also Crusader: No Remorse, and No Regret. Can't remember which one had the plague gun, but anyway... those games are both fantastic.
