What computer should I buy?

Hey im switching from console to computer but im not sure what computer to buy for like a 700-800 dollar budget. What do u think is the best deal i can get?

If you live in Houston/Katy then there should be a store called Altex, they tend to have good stuff. Look for smaller chain stores that also catter to the "Do it Yourself" (DIY) groups.

The smaller stores might resonable computers for good prices... or you can just get a dell... I wouldn't recommend dell though...

DIY is the best option if you know what you are doing...

Could u tell me some of the stores which are DIY? Does it mean that DIY is a store where you make your own computer?

Is that a computer you are buying? It seems to be a good deal, but I would get more ram. I kinda need a new comp too for gaming.

The comp I put up is good, it needs another gig of ram(thats like $30), and a better graphics card, that is around $100 for a moderatly good one
