For me starcraft no doubt, the three races are so equal it boggles the mind.
Both Starcraft and Diablo 2 are great games but I got a lot more gameplay out of Diablo 2 than Starcraft. I chose Diablo 2 for that reason alone.
Warcraft 3, it has one of the best campaign storyline of any RTS, and top-notch multiplayer ranking up there with the best.
