What games have made you Rage Quit/Delete?

So.. I'm not sure if I have a real anger/rage problem, but there have been a few games over my lengthy gaming career that have made me exit or even ctrl-alt-del the game in a fit of rage.. sometimes immediately uninstalling the game, throwing controllers, swearing and spitting on the monitor, and yelling for up to an hour afterwards :P

What games have made you "Rage Quit," and/or uninstall them in a fit of righteous indignation or just plain psychotic anger?

These are the ones that I can remember-

MLB 2k9 (game is rigged like almost all 2k sports games)- rage quit and permanent uninstall

NBA 2k9/2k10 (same)- Rage Quit and permanent uninstall

Lego Star Wars- The Complete Saga- Rage Quit (Hoth Battle is ridiculous.. and I was really tired when trying to play it)

Call of Duty- World at War- Rage Quit. There was some level when guys kept throwing grenades at me and I couldn't get away in time no matter what I did. Plus there were snipers in tress that I didn't see :-P

Star Wars- The Force Unleashed- Rage Quit. Just a crappy port job, and the many issues in the game (especially pre-patch) made me furious. That combined with the fact that the game sucks compared to the Jedi Knight series did it in for me.

CNC: Kane's Wrath. I have bailed on my teammates more times than I can care to remember. Brutal AI is a ...well you know :lol:

I have gotten better at RTS games since then, but I haven't gone back to play it.

Quake more than anything. On the occasion I turn into an animal while I'm playing. It's a funny thing rage; it just consumes you...

Oh the rage. I occasionally play Counter-Strike Source, and there are many times when a guy/a team just dominate my entire team. Like, I saw him and BAM, AWP-ed, then I was like "WTF noob gun wtf wtf x10" and rage quitted.

It's just the reason why I prefer TF2.

Ninja Gaiden.

Empire Total War was great, I've put in over 40 hours in that game. My elite sikh musket regiments painted the world orange.

The most frustrating games I find are the competitive online ones.

Oh the rage. I occasionally play Counter-Strike Source, and there are many times when a guy/a team just dominate my entire team. Like, I saw him and BAM, AWP-ed, then I was like "WTF noob gun wtf wtf x10" and rage quitted.

It's just the reason why I prefer TF2.

Crysis because of several glitches through game play. First glitch was at the end of the second level. The exit was basically sealed off. I tried restarting the level and even restarting the game but to no avail. I ended up getting some save files on some site. And the second was apparently my fault. Anyway, I did not pick up the tack canon at the end of the game, and when I had to actually use it against the final boss, I had to go back and find it but there was no way to get it. I didn't feel like doing the level over again, so I just said **** this game. Then I smashed the game to pieces with a hammer... Good riddance. It was not the first time it gave me trouble. On my first play through, it would kill me the instant I reloaded a save. So basically I had to get through whole levels without dying once.

Fortunately, Crysis Warhead is good to me. I haven't had an issue with it.

Far Cry 2. i don't usually buy bad games, but they really got me there. those respawning enemies were the last nails to the coffin.

The Sims! I just couldn't get the hang of cooking and would always burn the house down and kill my little Sims family. :(

Well i never rage but the one i quit early was Fallen earth MMo. Couldn't believe i wasted 20 bucks on that crap. 2 days and canceled my account and erased the game.

I've rage quitted plenty of times on many games, but I don't think I rage deleted before. I think the only game that almost made me do that was Company of Heroes.

Far Cry 2. i don't usually buy bad games, but they really got me there. those respawning enemies were the last nails to the coffin.

I find it interesting that there's so much hate for Far Cry 2 around these forums.. I loved it. It took me an hour or 2 to get into it, but once I did I was hooked. The size of the game world, the beautiful DX10 visuals, the sound, the African atmosphere.. so unique.

Need for Speed Undercover: Raged and sold it. Bad game- boring and lagy

Pop: Trilogy: Raged and put it in cupboard, climbing controls were bad

Fifa 11: Raged, uninstalled and re-installed. (Playing Barcelona for Champions League final, lost 'cause of one dumb goal.)

WarCraft III was the first and only RTS I've ever tried. I reached the level where Arthas has to stop that demon lord from spawning 100 zombies. I tried it many times before I quit. I think I should pick it up again some time and try again.

FIFA 10 - Install played under a minute rage/quit then uninstall...sold it after a day.

FIFA 11 - Install it played under 20 seconds rage/quit uninstall it...didnt sold it coz none of my friends wanna it,ill give it away to my nephew as a gift for his birthday in 2 months :D

COD MW2 - Install it played it for exactly 173 hours...raged/quit every time ived played...didnt uninstall it but i will soon.

Lineage 2 - install since 2004 - raged/quit a lot of times but iam not going to uninstall it never ever...unless Lineage 3 comes out soon

And many other not worth mention...:)

Only time I've truly raged was when my lvl 85 hardcore Necro died in Diablo 2. It lagged and an effin cow killed me.....Didn't delete Diablo 2 though

WoW. I was a GM of a raiding guild, and after almost a full night of failing on one boss because of random people doing stupid things, we failed one last time and I passed off GM, /gquit, then proceeded to uninstall the game. I'll never lead a guild in any game ever again.

Any that have a horrible connection, like if the game is lagging bad I will leave, or if there is someone hacking, I will leave, or if I have to leave to do something in the "real world".

But I seldom leave because I got angry if it is fair. I am trying to limit the area's in which pride envelope my life, I could urge more people to do it as well.

i don't find poorly coded games fun and addictive, but suit yourself, mr. hardcore gamer.

that said, i still haven't seen flawless coding to date.

I've only had the rage experience with driving games, specifically Colin Macrae Rally 05, and trackmania nations forever. Rally 05 did my head in!

I was new to gaming when I played Rally 05 and I could not control that car for love or money! In the end I threw the disc in the bin after a prolonged swearing session. Childish I know...

Trackmania nations is actually a fantastic (free!) game which I highly recommend, but crashing on the final bend when you're in gold medal position, or simply taking a corner too fast and flying off the track was immensely frustrating.

Busted my previous laptop's monitor from punching it multiple times after getting super pissed off in BF2 (pretty stupid I know, I was just in a bad mood all day already). Oh and yeah Bad Company 2 pisses me off to no end at times. A BF2 player like me has a hard time dealing with that game when transitioning to it at times.
