As the topic says, please post the keyboard or gaming keyboard that you own.

I have a sh*ty wireless Logitech Keyboard. Big mistake for gaming! I'm planning to get a new one today, but I'm looking over my options.

Which keyboard do YOU have?

OEM silver media one. Does the job. I was thinking of an eclipse 2, but I think gaming KBs are pointless. Mice on the other hand...

I was wondering if gaming KBs are better in terms of key response? I could care less about the macros and the backlighting. I just want a keyboard that has good key responses. What do you think?

Is it much better over your old standard keyboard in terms of response time on the keys?

Are the key responses better on the Saitek over your standard keyboard? Is it noticeable in games?

Haha ok. Np. I just purchased one. I was going to get Saitek I but I saw a Saitek Eclipse II for the same price and it just happened to be the last one for that price. Anything is better than my WIRELESS keyboard. I should get more key response. Thanks.

Key responce (assuming you mean responce time) will be pretty much exactly the same on wired keyboards. With a slight lag behind on wireless KBs, and without the need for battery changes.

Key feedback on the other hand the eclipse 2 is supposed to beat the G15 as it's keys are more responsive and tactile. If you really want to pay a stupid amount for a pointless little LED screen get the G15, otherwise look for another keyboard.

That's great to know. :) Just making sure I didn't make the mistake of buying a gaming keyboard when I could have just gotten a cheap generic standard keyboard for $10 bucks.

I just bought the Saitek II. I don't need the LED screen and macros. I just need something responsive. My keys get stuck a lot in games and it seems like it can't respond to more than 3 keys. In a tight situation, I have a hard time maneuvering and it makes gameplay very clunky and frustrating. I hear the G15 is awesome if you want all those features but I dont need them and it's a bit pricey.

I have a Saitek Eclipse 2. It's not really a "gaming" keyboard, it doesnt have any macro keys or anything. But it has really nice action and backlit keys. I got it for $20, so it was a no brainer.

That's a awesome deal!

Yeah, I read the reviews and they said it's more of a all-in-one keyboard. I'm guessing it leans more toward gaming from how it looks. Perhaps, it's just eye-candy? For non-MMO fanatics, I guess it's a great buy and for the price and looks, it's a must-have for those on the budget or don't want all the extra stuff with the bigger price tag.

Are you keys more responsive compared to the keyboard you had before? Which keyboard did you have before?

I have one of those for a back up, plus a good old packard bell, LOL.

I use the old version of the G15, while my GF has the newer G15. They both are nice boards, but I prefer the older version.

Wow, 4 Saitek Eclipse? Must be one good keyboard. :D

Packard Bell, lol. I had one of those computers back in 1995. It cost like 2 grand!

Yeah, I hear the old one is better.

Currently got the Saitek Eclipse (pictured above) awesome keyboard, been really reliable for the past 2 n hlf years, will be a shame to put it to one side.

But for xmas this year I will be getting the beast of a SAITEK CYBORG & the CYBORG mouse to accompany it.

Reccomended them to my m8 when he asked my opinion on new gaming keyboard and mouse and the git went and got them, IM SO JELOUS:cry:

Eclipse 2 never really floated my boat to be honest but I hear its just as responsive and realiable as the Eclipse so good choice there for a cheap end gaming keyboard.

That's a very "gamey" keyboard. I love how it looks. If I had known about it, I would have gotten that instead.

G11.

Also, I find the G15´s display to be useless, and I´m sure many will agree.
