Different genre but any of the MOBA games - also they are generally free. Play Dota 2 - it's pretty competitive.

Don't most people just play Team Fortress 2?NeonNinja It's not exactly competitive. CS: GO might be a better choice if we want to limit his choices to just Valve games.
Counter Strike any version, DOTA2 (which I suck at ), and StarCraft 2 (which I also suck at). I do like playing them for some reason....
