What is a good LCD monitor?

I am looking to purchase an LCD monitor between $200 and $300. I would like it to have an HDMI port and it will be use for a gaming PC and blu-ray viewing. I would like it to be between 19 and 24 inches.

I found this one and from reading up on it it seems pretty good. It is a Samsung Sync Master XL2370-1
