you go into your BIOS and adjust the speed of the FSB. right now, it will probably be at 200, or 266. It appears that you don't very much at all about it, so for you, I would not recommend it
Depends on what you're overclocking. The most common things are CPU, memory and gfx card. CPU and memory is mostly done in the BIOS, but you need a motherboard that allows you to change the FSB and other settings useful for oc'ing. Graphics cards can be done through Windows using apps like Rivatuner. Just google "how to overclock" or something. Read up on it before you even think about attempting to try it, because if you have no knowledge, it's possible to damage or even completely ruin some or all of your hardware.
