What is the ratio of AMD CPU speeds to Intel?

I want an Intel processor at an AMD 2.6Ghz speed. What would an AMD 2.6 be equivilant to in Intel standards?

What is your CPU? single or dual ? AMD X2 2.6Ghz is equivalent to core 2 duo 2.0Ghz.

Roughly, yeah.

So you'll be looking at the E6420 and E4400.

If you're talking about the X2 5000+ or X2 5200+, it'd be the E6400/E6420.

There really is no ratio of clock speeds from AMD to Intel processors.. you just compare the processors using benchmarks.
