A lot of people poll folks on their favorite game of all time. It is so hard to compare games that are great now to all time classics that we hold so dear to our hearts. So what is your favorite game of now?

Team Fortress 2 will always be one of my favorites, I was such a huge TFC fan that it was just a given that I would love TF2. However, I think the game I am enjoying the most right now is Quake Wars. I enjoy it so much more than Battlefield 2 and I would have to say it is my favorite team based multiplayer game out there.

Well, Half-Life has always been my all-time favourite game, but at the moment, I'm hooked on Mass Effect. I've been putting a lot of time into that game, recently.

Well, this is the pc forums, so in the pc you could say it's Opposing Force, I dunno why, I enjoyed it more than the original half life, or I could cheat and say the orange box, but that's 5 games. And if I'm talking about my true favorite game, it's ocarina of time.

ATM it's mass effect, but it changes alot. stalker is also up there.

right now... Assassin's Creed, Just finished it from where I left it a month ago and started all over again. A couple of weeks ago I would have said PES 2008

All time: HL2. At the mo, Medievial 2 Total War - best strategy game I've played in a long time. I dunno if I can say it beats the likes of AoE 2 or Dawn of War because they're classics in my eyes and will always have a firm place in my list of favourite games, but it beats any other strategy game I've played recently.

I just finished Soldier of Fortune Payback and Total Overdose the last two days (I have reviews up), but both of those weren't good. I'd say TF2 (same reason - huge TFC and TF1.5 fan) and NCAA 09 (PS2)

Right now it's Mass Effect (on the PC). I played it twice in a row, and I'm simply overwhelmed with how good it is.

Favorite game of the now would be Guild Wars. The lack of the classic grind quests that are so overused in other MMO's is a huge breath of fresh air. I hope upcoming MMO's will follow suit.

my current favorite game would be a tie between Fire Emblem: The Sacred Stones and Soul Calibur II

my favorite PC game would probably have to be Jedi Academy, the only proper game where online lightsaber battles can take place
