I used to down tons of Pepsi and cheese pies during those long PvP sessions over raid bosses or late night sieges in Lineage 2, back in the day. Now I tend not to eat in front of the computer.
i don't eat anything coz i always immerse in the game and hate anything that comes between my gaming.
For FPS's or driving games, sugar with coffee, and loads of it! i prefer being "on the edge" when gaming those kinda games, if its RTS or an RPG i find that tea works better. When in a lan, beer or something stronger.

Ah yes, I do like Dr. Pepper, unfortunately where I live (Denmark) it's only something that I can get in very few shops or have to order through the web. The same with Cherry Coke, which is also grade A gaming fuel.
Oh, and for more "nutrient rich" food I tend to go for a pizza. Domino's Hawaiian is always a good choice.
Diet MTN dew helps my shaft and helps me time better. Alternatively you could drink the real stuff, but then you'd get fat.
My performance vs no soda and vs soda is a big difference, you need teh fuel for Quake Live.
My girlfriend is hooked on Kit Kat bites, she keeps buying me some, so I'm nearly always eating them, usually with Pepsi or water.
We just moved to Canada, any suggetions on good stuff?

I fit the Mountain Dew stereotype. I love Mountain Dew Code Red and Voltage. Supernova is my favorite but it was only out for a limited time (I bought roughly 25 12 packs to last me as long as possible, I am down to one). I do enjoy the game fuel ones that come out around big game launches. Most recently, the red one for MW3, though I dislike the game, the drink is very delicious.
As for food, I rarely eat when gaming. If I do, it will be a snack of some kind that doesn't have crumbs or any pieces that fall on my mouse pad or into my keyboard, and also it will not be something with liquids or gels.
Water. Coffee. Old Rasputin and Duvel (beers I like). And I don't eat while playing games or doing much of anything else. I'm a dinner table person.

Indeed.
Depends on the situation...
Competitive Multiplayer -> Beer, Jack and Coke, Red Bull
Singleplayer -> Water, Gatorade, Brisk
[QUOTE="robertlie"]I agree with BF3 and beer. Hell, I agreed with BC2 and beer a long time ago as well. :PWeekdays:Coffe.
Weekends:Beer. I find that Battlefield 3 really is made for enjoying with beer. Kinda like Burgers.

Sometimes I get too crosseyed to fully enjoy BF3, haha.

I was thinking about picking one of those up to put in workspace/bedroom. Is it as awesome as it looks?

What on Earth is a Poutine?
I love Mountain Dew, I don't care what anyone says, Orange Game Fuel is amazing and really gets me pumped for some online action. Its great for a night of splitscreen gaming, a LAN party, or just some hardcore BF3 with buddies at a distance.
For food I tend to avoid eating when I game since I can get grease and crap on my keyboard/controller, but Doritos and Corn Dogs are great. Corn Dogs have the stick so its nice and clean, and with Doritos I just tilt the bag in my mouth like a fatty and keep my hands clean.
Of course this is only for when I'm super hardcore gaming it up with friends, since consuming that crap every time I gamed would probably give me a heart attack. But for my choice of fuel when gaming, there is your answer, but usually I'm just sticking to my normal food choice of the day and gaming like a normal person.
