What part of gameplay do you want to see improved in Gears of War 2???(Poll)

Persoanlly i think they should improve the squad A.I. cause in Gears 1 ...it sucked !

i need that dom guy to stop charging ahead and getting wounded on me. he's such a pest.

and the cover system is pretty good, but it'd be great if it could incorporate some of vegas' cover system - sort of merge together.

After how GoW 1 was presented and how good it looked I am not impressed by GoW 2. Sure it looks good just like the first, but it doesn't look like much changed, only the "new" improvements of UE3.5 were added, the rest is the same.

The level does look huge but I don't think that in that particular level you will explore more than 10% of what we saw. That was just a basic huge level for most new games, a level that you ride on something (car, monster, animal, etc) and you see huge numbers of enemies and huge levels, when they are just for show not for exploring.

It's 35 USD at Play-Asia.com. I buy all my PC games from there.

Maybe expand the length of the storyline with the sequal. Another is to put an offline tournament mode similar to unreal tournament 3.

The very most Im hoping for the next sequal is the ability to fight along side a Brumak during an entire chapter.

Umm, sorry to disappoint you guys, but GOW2 isn't coming on the PC and probably never will after the sales GOW did on the PC. And I bet Epic are still pissed at the "Bad" UT3 sales for the PC as well. So, yeah - don't get your hopes up for a PC version. But hell, hope I'm wrong. :)Sinotek

Doubt this is fact. We dont really know what were the sales of the pc version of Gears of War. Unreal Tournament 3 have been selling very well on Steam since it was finally put on there. Both Gears of War and UT3 were great games and Epic Games shouldnt stop making games for the PC.

Sorry to dissapoint you but GoW 2 will not be released on PC, only if they change their mind about it.(translation- if the sales will suck on consoles). GoW 2 will be made on the UE 3.5, and UE3/5 will be console exclusive and maybe some of the effects will be patched in UT3's editor, not the game itself.

For now GoW2 will not be released on PC, but we will see what they think about making it for PC :) when the sales will suck. (for me the game doesn't exist and neither did GoW, all that hype for nothing and I really didn't like it from the start, I don't care if it will never be released on PC or if it will)

I remember reading somewhere that GOW on PC sold 1 million copies. While I wasn't blown away by the GOW 2 trailer it still looks to set a new benchmark and yet it still has quite some time to be released. Epic Games is really taking advantage of Next-Gen technology and pushing the absolute limits out of these hardwares.

This is so Epic I mean come on you have to be nuts to not appreciate guys making the best out of your hardware.

Well for now take this--The sequel to the successful action game Gears of War is due to launch in November, exclusively on Xbox 360.

I will look for the video in which a guy from Epic said that UE3.5 is specifically made for consoles, for XBox 360 and will not be released in any PC game.(too lazy today :))

it all depends who is talking for Epic. Mark Rein did call Tim Sweeney an idiot for the comments he said about the PC. Now Tim Sweeney is eating his words with the success of Unreal Tournament 3 on steam.
