lol no, may not have been a secret agent but definitely climbing up a skyscraper somehow, i think you see JUST the outside of the building, and a crapload of windows
Well the only other games I can think of where you play an agent are Duke Nukem I & II and Bio Menace, in all of which you play a CIA agent. But you don't fight people in those.
