Stephen Russell as Anything he's ever done, but particularly Garrett from Thief.

i think in call of jaurez the brothers are voiced PERFECTLY. down to the last detail, like rays slightly whiney tone.

seriously tho, the best voice acting on pc has to be V:tMB. There's this latino, bearded bruja that especially comes to mind, but i forgot his name.

Grim Fandango - the oversized elemental summoned from the land of death itself, for one purpose, to drive cars!

Mass Effect (all of them, especially Anderson), Prince of Persia, Max Payne.
