The farthest memory back I can vividly remember was Commander Keen 4 i was about 3 or 4. That would have been in about 1992 or 1993 some time around then anyway.
There may have been another game a year or so before that, something to do with controling a mouse? Which was the mouse pointer and running away from a cat that chases it, I can only vaugely remember it though.
The first games I remember playing were typing games that my classes played in elementary school.
The first real PC game I played was one that came with the old iMacs where you played as a raptor with a jetpack and stole other dinosaur's eggs.
Although not PC, in 1979 i was playing Space Invaders on the Commoder PET. I was 7 at the time.
My first game on an IBM PC was in 1984, i played Kings Quest 1 on a PC Jr.

I'm not sure of the correct terminology here but I was on one of those computers that has all green text and green lines and you had to type in commands to run anything.
I remember a game with a spaceship where I shot at things and I also remember a Pitfall like game, it actually might have been the eary Pitfall, I would grab vines (lines) and jump over scorpions (green squares). I was like 4 or 5.

Monochrome, thank you, that thing was awesome, I remember like my aunt gave it to my family as our first computer. It actually had some REALLY good games packed with it.
I can't remember what game I played first, but it was on my brother's Commodore 64. Later when he finally got a PC with DOS, I remember that the first game I played on it was Civilization 1. I was three or four at the time. If you know the Civilization series, you can probably imagine how overly difficult that game would be to a three year old (I didn't even understand a word of English back then lol.) So I grew up being a PC gamer, playing complex and deep games as a kid, and never even thought about consoles. And here I am now, still gaming on PC and never planning to stop. :P
the first PC game i think i played was either a hoover game that came with windows 95... or a indiana jones game (fate of atlantic or last crusade)... my god the indie games for dos where amazing!
the first game i think i actually LOVED was battlezone tho.... the opening movie still gives me the shivers just thinking about it!
Hmmm first pc game I ever played...
My memory's a bit fuzzy but I think my first real pc game I played was one of the Wing Commander games back in like '95/'96 on my dad's old windows '93 comp. Had a joystick and all of that. It was pretty fun.
First PC game was Wolfenstein 3D. I was about 5 or 6.
Though I have the fondest memories of "4D Stunt/4D Sports Racing" I spent hours and hours building the sickest tracks and racing them as fast and perfect as I could. Amazing game. Played a ton of "4D sports boxing" too, again building and training the wierdest fighters ever.
On SMS, it was "Transbot" at the age of 5.
my first pc game was monster truck madness 2 when i was 6
i sucked XD
((i think i still have it in the attic somewhere))
First game i played on PC was virtual cops, at that time my age was about 13 years. It was the execellentgame where you play as a robot and crush the bad guys.
Wolfenstien 3D on a old as PC forget what it was, but it was Windows 3.1
I guess I was about... 11 maybe younger, I then eventually graduated to Duke Nukem and Doom. Took a break, and came back with a new PC with a voodoo 2 in it, and got Rainbox Six, its been down hill from there.
Prince of Persia, the original when I was 8. It was intalled in my school's library and everyone lined up just to play it. I still love the series to this day.flipin_jackassIt's that or Doom 2 can't remember :P and... no wait! the first PAC-MAN!! hmm I'm confused , which one? lol , I was about 6years old:)
