What was the scarier game the first time you played it? F.E.A.R-Bioschock-Doom3

i've had more creeps with Bioshock than i had with FEAR. haven't played Doom 3 so much so i can't really tell so much about it...

however, i got my worst nightmares so far out of Silent Hill 1. man, that game really was scary... other Silent Hill's also do the job.

I've only played Doom 3 so, I suppose Doom 3.Empty_Rage

Completed Doom II in one sitting. When I started it was day. When I finished it was night. Had bad, bad nightmares that night!
