What was your first ever PC game?

My first PC game was "Elite", played on IBM PC AT in around 1990. Do people even remember those things today?

Well, it's sort of a tie, but one is a "learning" game. Anyway, it was on a Tandy computer about 20 years ago now. The learning game was called "Kids on Keys," while the real game was Wheel of Fortune.

Let me tell you, though- when you're 4, you really suck at Wheel of Fortune.

the first pc game i owned was the sims i think or commandos.

I first played Microsoft Combat Flight Simulator. I also had fun with Flight Simulator 98 because I loved crashing into buildings. Then 9/11 happened and playing that game kinda freaked my parents out.Colonel_Cool

yup this was the orignal pop and i too played it a lot on my school pc. in fact this game was one of the reason i got a new pc

Either the original Diablo or Starcraft (I honestly can't remember which I played first)

Don't remember exactly but I think it was something like:

Processor: 166 mhz

Ram: 2/4 mb SODIMM(100 pin ones)

Video: Integrated 8 bit

CD Rom 2x speed

I'd look for my copy but I don't feel like going in the basement today.

later i got into half life demo and nothing stopped me then

also i owned every console except n64 ,ps3 ,GC and WIi

Orgeon Trail was the first game that I played, but that was at school.

The First PC games that I owned on PC was Where in the World is Carmen Sandiego, Tetris Gold, and Pitfall the Mayan Adventure.

- Wolfiestien 3d

- Police Quest 1

- Doom 1 and 2 (doom 2 was alot of fun playing it online with my buddy)

- Duke Nukem

- Quake 1 (i personally loved the online on this)

- The early Ultima rpgs

- The early Wizardry series

- Carmen Sandiego

- The 7th Quest

- THe Zork series

- Pandora Directive

I think it was one of those ridiculously hard but addictive SSI D&D games(maybe champions of krynn).

I miss Strategic Simulations.:cry:

My first ever game was the original Descent. Screenshot included. Then it was the original Warcraft

It was a collection of 200 games or so. It was a cd called BB Games. Man good times, best I played was Spiderman and Doom. Good old days.
