Whats a good quality HD sound Headphone brand?

I was thinking of getting a Skullcracker because it has a Subwoofer on it, but people in OT warned me away from it, so im wondering.. whats good quality headphones that wont cost me too much.. I think my limit will be about $120NZD but im willing to go higher if its worth it.

i'll look them up, im willin to go up to $200 if its worthwhile
