If I want to run some thing like the Grand Theft Auto IV: iCEhancer would I be able to do it with the GTX 580 and my current specs?

Hmm, what PSU do you have? You could always go with a 6970 or Xfire 6950's or something like that. Really depeneds on how much you are willing to spend.

Unfortunately your system is not a good candidate for a high-end video card. Your CPU is quite weak by today's standards, and you don't have much hard drive space left. Do you know what motherboard make and model you have? How about your power supply make and model? These will be key in determining if your computer is worth upgrading. At the very least we're looking at a CPU upgrade and possibly a CPU/motherboard/PSU in addition to the graphics card.

I'd suggest by the end of the year you save up what you can and upgrade your whole system. There should be some black friday/christmas sales going on everywhere.

the gtx 580 is the best single card. HOWEVER in overall no exceptions "who is the strongest" contests where we literally leave no card out. the gtx 580 mars II is the best. however its a dual gpu.. its plagued with incompatibility and micro-stutter.
