Whats with all the hate on Medal of Honor?

Ok so i just downloaded the beta and have played it for just over 2 hours.

The game is no where near as bad as i had heard.

The game is alot of fun as a shooter and takes elements from battlefield and call of duty. While it looks just like BC2, it doesnt play like it at all. I found the game to be fun and addictive.

It has a few cons though, as many have stated , guns have no recoil. Another thing is the hit detection can be wonky at times. Besides that i really dont see anything to complain about in this game.

Its not an innovative shooter, but its still pretty fun. If the game gets fixed up, it might be a first day buy.

Does anyone else think this game isnt terrible?

Generic, but not bad. I just wish it wouldn't CTD every 15 minutes I try to play.

I think its fun. Ive played it for around 6 hours now.

Its just like Bad Company 2, the weight and feel, and the damage (as in 10 bullets needed to kill someone). And its missing alot of stuff that made Bad Company 2 really awesome.

I find that your character feels less weighty than in BC2 and i also find it takes less bullets to kill.

It is a game trying to be BC2 and MW2 at the same time, but trips over its feet trying.Iantheone

I couldn't say it better.

They tried to make a more fast paced FPS like MW2 but kept the slow sluggish feel of BC2. If you want to make a good fast paced shooter you need to make the gameplay as fluid as possible.

couldn't stand it for more than 10 minutes .. i'm from old school battlefield 1942 .. I prefer to be an infantry medic .. on the front lines healing others but mostly myself as I make kill after kill ..

no such option here .. but maybe that's to be expected .. medics have disappeared alot lately in modern warfare games :/

It feels uninspired and so far, there are no noteworthy things about MoH that would make me shell 60 bucks for it.the_ChEeSe_mAn2
