Far Cry 2 may, but I've heard both that the max PC settings will be the same quality as on the consoles, and that it's the other way around, that the game will have higher quality visuals on the PC than on the consoles. If the former is true, no way it will surpass Crysis; if the latter, it's, well, it's possible. It would have to look even better than what we saw in the pre-alpha build (which was close to Crysis, but not quite there).
Same deal with Project Offset, if the visuals for the PC end up being toned down to match that of the console versions, no way it will look better. If the PC retains all the technological prowess we've seen in videos of the game so far and then some, I think it stands a pretty good chance of outdoing Crysis.
Alan Wake definitely won't look as good. I've seen too many parts of the game already that looked rather subpar, and those aspects in Wake that are (well, were) a bit impressive still are beaten in Crysis.
Little Big Planet? Don't make me laugh.
To be honest, my prediction is that Far Cry 2 will not be as beautiful whether it looks better on the PC than on the consoles or not, and Project offset will be just a touch behind Crysis. The only future game we currently know about I'm certain will look better is Crysis 2 (if Crytek is smart, that is, and doesn't lower the quality of the PC version's visuals to be in line with the consoles).
