I want a disc copy of the game and I've never pre-ordered a pc game before. I don't have a gamestop in my town that carries PC games. I want to get it as soon as possible so where do you guys pre-order your pc games when you get disc copies.

my internet just sucks so bad........If I go digital do they let you download it before hand and then they just unlock it on the day or do you have to download it that day too.
It's theOpposite for me.If you want the game immediately upon release, you're going to want a digital copy. Waiting for the package to arrive is unbearable, and sometimes it never arrives. :?

I pre-order a physical copy if I want to play a game 1 or 2 days early :P
You can pre-order a physical copy online at just about any retailer that carries video games... I personally just use Gamestop.
well i've never ordered from them like that but they don't carry pc games in store. Maybe i could just order it. I will have to ask them that.
D2D, 25% off at that particular time, they have nearly weekly 20% off's.
But physical stuff? I hate physical media, tend to lose bits... so dunno 'bout that.

Inconsistancy
I was originally waiting on steam to preorder, but I heard it's not going to be on steam so I'm looking up other options and 45% off sounds sweet.
With d2d is that something I have to register on origin? Also this is the limited edition? I hear that's the version which gives back to karkand free.
It depends on the game and the DD service.my internet just sucks so bad........If I go digital do they let you download it before hand and then they just unlock it on the day or do you have to download it that day too.

Amazon.com normally has it there the day it comes out. But I have a GameStop near me where I preorder most of my things.

Gamestop, sadly. I want a retail copy and I don't want to drive across town to Best Buy.

Never heard of Amazon?
I want to try to get to a midnight release. Can't do that with Amazon.
Could be playing it earlier though.well i've never ordered from them like that but they don't carry pc games in store. Maybe i could just order it. I will have to ask them that.

Maybe they will still let you pre-order, and let you pick the game up at the store on launch day.
It's a shame people in this day and age still buy games and thus support the piece of trash company that is GameStop.Remmib
Of course people buy games. That's why developers keep making them.

How about you try actually reading my post...
I did read your post, and it doesn't make any sense. Gamestop only benefits when you buy from Gamestop, not when you buy games, period.
I'm getting it at Gamestop for the Strike at Karkand pre order. I went to my first midnight launch there for Modern Warfare 2 and it ruled, but this time I wantt o be better prepared.
Nothing like catching a cold in freezing autumn weather with nothing to eat but a single egg roll from the next door Chinese place.
