NCIX is a popular choice. I don't know if they actually build them for you though.RayvinAzn
NCIX is the best in Canada.
NCIX = Newegg, just as how Americans mostly use Newegg, Canadians go for NCIX! Best prices, and if the price isn't the best for a Canadian site then show them and they'll match it!
The sales are also crazy, such as the NVIDIA 8800Ultra being same price as GTX cause of overstock. That's weird but who cares it benefits!
I asked them before and just tell them in a message to put all the parts together for you when you order part by part, and with a small fee they'll do it!
NCIX is slightly overpriced.
Canada Computers is the best.

www.NCIX.com can't be overpriced, cause they price match any advertised Canadian price... Their weekly advertised deals are great and since they are in BC, there is no PST to other provinces like Ontario - so I usually save more in tax than I pay in shipping. They do build systems for a fee, but you might need to call in your order - to get sale or pricematched cost for components - since their system builder doen't seem to get them automatically.
www.DirectCanada.com is also good (most prices slightly better than NCIX)and has free shipping on orders over $300 (also in BC)
I also usewww.anitec.ca(also in BC), and for local pickup (for me near Toronto)www.canadacomputers.com, www.pcvonline.com and sometimes www.tigerdirect.ca (usually high prices before rebates) for parts... all can be price matched at NCIX.
