Where can I find a 680 in stock?

I am waiting to find a 680, when is newegg suppose to get them in stock? I might become inpatient and get a 670 but how much am I giving up if I do that? Also is galaxy, msi, or zotac good brands for video cards? Thanks

Get a 670. Save 100$,loose around 5-10% performance.

they were in stock on newegg today but i checked just now and they're out again. just get a 670.
