For GPU get Rivatuner for CPU get Speedfan but I've never seen any software that does RAM temps

Usually if you have nvidia, they have software that will monitor the cpu and gpu... Then again I have a nvidia motheboard too, but ram i wouldn't worry about, unless your overclocking it.
