Normally, if downloading w/ the EADLM, it will automatically authorize your machine and enter the proper information into the Registry. If you do not run the installer as Admin this can be a problem though. Your email should have the key, and there is an unlock code in the receipt page in your Account page on the EA store website (click Customer Service link, then View Past Orders)

Why would you buy it from EA? That's a large waste of money..

Because? The speed is great, there is not download limit anymore (at least I didn't get my games locked), it barely uses resources and you can play your games without internet and you can also burn them on DVDs. Why should he avoid the EA store because others have insecurities about EADM? maybe he got it for a great deal, but no, than is impossible..right?

It's selling for $20 - this is the deal of the year so far. A near triple-A game that's barely a month old, for twenty dollars!

Sorry for the late response. Turns out EA wouldn't label the serial number "serial number" instead they called it " digital rights" or something. Anyways, problem solved! Although in single player at random moments my game crashes and i get a quick blue screen. What's even more strange is that the game runs swimmingly on my comp @ 720p @ medium settings. (Which, after owning the 360 version, looks and plays so much better!!). Any reason to this? At the time I did have barely any space on my HDD, but I cleared that up to have 20 GB free space, so maybe that will help?
