Which GTA for PC?

Hi,

 

I've played VC and San Andreas on PS2. I got qite far on both.

 

I want to try thm again on my PC. It can't run GTA IV, so which one?

 

GTA III: Never tried it, though it might have less features

GTA VCVery good! Liked the setting especially and some of the features like assets

GTA SA: Good. Liked the free-roam and new featuresa

 

For me I'm not sure bvetween VC and SA, mainly because VC had a great setting

Since you haven't played GTA III, I'd say go with that. Liberty isn't as big, but the missions are great and the story, in my opinion, is the best.

Yeah I guess- the only reason stopping m is that 's hard to find a copy of the PC version these days!

try 3 and get san andreas. those r good, have some good mods. i would try and play 3 first because the games are different. 3 it is easier to die then anyother one.

vice city is the best unless you are a gangster fan who likes visiting the gym and easting fast food. It has more personality and the ability to rerace street races and do so in many different vehicles. San Andreas has one good thing and thats the trucks with trailers, but really it doesn't work as well because cops don't smash into you are blow up like in #1 so VIce City is what you want. Get it now.

Play the second game, if you haven't tried it. Its quite good. Better than San Andreas, god help us.

GTA: SA is the best GTA game I've played (I have yet to play GTA IV, as I'm still awaiting it's arrival to a real computer). GTA III is the second best (and since you haven't played that one I'd recommend you to get it). GTA VC wasn't that great. Even though they said the area was twice as large as GTA III (I believe) it felt like it was the same size, and the setting wasn't exactly great (sorry, but I'm not into that 80's Miami Vice setting... but well, at least it was better than the London setting they tried with the first GTA game)

I would pick San Andreas simply because it is bigger and offers more than any of the previous GTA's.

im pretty sure you can pick all three up for 20 pounds (cant type the pound sign, says html is not well formed when i do) at game as part of their 3 titles for 20 offer (if you live in england). you might as well do that and play them through in order. i prefer vice city over san andreas tbh, thought the story and characters were much better

Since I've only played VC and SA, i say go for SA. IMO, VC looked a bit too cartoonish.
