Which is your favourite edition of the Need for Speed series?

I find the Hot Pursuit 2 the most satisfying experience. Most Wanted and Underground were great too. Carbon was the worst.

I wish that ProStreet doesn't turns up like Carbon. 

NFS4: High Stakes

The best edition for me was "NFS:Underground 1", becasue it was so simple and fun, others are a big dissapointment excluding Most wanted8).

Ya, mine too.  Its the only one with at least a bit of realism to it, and customizing your cars was totally sweet.  That was the one real video game my dad really played and he and I would argue over who has been hogging the PC.

I liked Hot Pursuit (1 and 2), High Stakes, Underground 1 and Most Wanted. Hopefully ProStreet will be added to that list.

My top favourite is the first one `Need for Speed` I didn`t like the 2nd, 4th and NFS Porsche. NFSU2, MostWanted and Carbon  are  great and have d nice graphics though.

Porsche Unleashed, then Underground 2 then Most Wanted.

Most Wanted was good until you started to reach about 5 or 6 on the MW list, then the challenges to reach the next level were just far too repetitive and boring, and a cheap way to extend the game time. If I have achieved an hour long pursuit and evaded capture to reach the next level, I don't then want to have to do another hour+ evade to reach the next one and so on.

Carbon was poor. It was riddled with bugs, and the balancing of cars was very suspect.
