Who got it? What did you think of it? We really didn't hear much about the reception of the PC version.
It got 8/10 in PCPowerplay.

I don't MP while gaming,
for SP:
a decent storyline with cinematic storytelling; nice tactical gameplay.
authentic difficulty level (disabling all game interfaces: ammo storage, map, and crosshair and such) is quite fun to play.
probably not for shooter vertans: too easy compared to the like of STALKER.
decent looking UE 3 graphic, but character model is quite ugly.
I got it and I think it's just a bit better than good (7.5/10 I guess).
Graphics is very nice at times, mainly inside and in night missions and there is a mission in the night and in the rain which does look quite nice. The big grass fields at the beginning of the game don't look great and really turned me down when I first started playing the game. The characters are very detailed but the problem is that most cutscenese have just soldiers in it with a blurred background. So you'll see them alot and as time goes by you'll get bored.
Gameplay is fun once you get used to it, which doesn't take to long, but you do need to get used to it.
Sound quality is very incosistent. Most sounds are great but during the cutscenese you really feel like there is some sound missing, it's just not convincing at times. The lip synching and facial expressions are absolutally horrible and minimal. A puppetshow is more convincing that the BIA cutscenese to put it in perspective. The missions are really enjoyable though when you turn up the volume, headphones or speakers.
I haven't finished the single player yet but am working on it. I don't feel discouraged to continue as I do with most singe player games because they get bored and feel pointless.
O by the way, probably the most enjoyable part of this game are the tank missions :). I guess because you're fully embracing the 3 main effects this game has: slomo closeup, chopped up body parts and destructable cover.
Sometimes it looks like it lacks environmental detail.
Overall graphics could have been a lil bit better.
Facial animation is a real let-down.
It's surprisingly hard to pull of a head shot.
Not that high system requirements.
It seems the story line is good although I haven't finished yet.
Game-play is fun but is not as flexible and liberating as other shooters out there.
I did, and loved it. I don't wanna post a big long paragraph of my thoughts like everyone else, so here's my reivew. :P

I just finished the game today.
It's not bad in my opinion. It could have used more variety of weapons though. There were some moments when I wished I had the ability to use a bazooka and take out a Panzer from a distance without having to fight my way across heavy German fortifications and then acting fast to attach the explosives on it.
Laying a headshot from one side of the battlefield to the other was kind of satisfying, but it got boring fast because it was just too easy. However, the most satisfying moments were when you had the upper hand:
1) During the tank missions (Damn I loved to blow every single barrier and object along the way... Plus I didn't know the Germans used to make bullet and tank proof trucks back in WWII! Unlike other games, only a handful of objects in the environment were prone to destruction.
2) When you had a sniper. (Good luck finding one though)
That's about it.
But the story was great. I haven't played its predecessor, but I pretty much got a good idea about it by playing this one. The developers made a good job taking you back in time (Meaning the first part of the game) and showing you how things happened.
