Waiting for reviews before I committ $50 to a game I may hate.. RPG's as of late have been a massive disapointment to me from Oblivion to NWN2, I''ll wait for official and user reviews.
Anyone else played it yet and been distinctly underwhelmed? I was looking forward to it, but after playing the first few hours, I can honestly say I hated it... First game I've returned since Gothic 3!
Yeah I'm gonna play it. I like the NWN2 engine overall, this looks to be an improvement. The storyline looks solid "based on an established fantasy series" and its already getting reviews.

I'm looking forward to it, but eurogamer gave it 70/100. Averaged with the YouGamers score still puts it at a C. I'm waiting for more reviews, but I'm still hopeful and encouraged.
Im buying it from gogamer...Over seas...Since the Us my country takes things out of games...Any how it was pushed back to the second which is ok in my book...Ive got like 4 games do out in two weeks hehe..

You have a good point... I've been totaly fooled by the last 5 or 6 blockbuster computer RPG's released.... i'm looking forward to this game but i won't be surprised if it's shallow or buggy as hell
I typically don't like crpgs (d2 aside) and typically go for the classics on consoles like ff6,vagrant story,xenogears,chrono trigger just to name a few. This looks like it may be the exception :).

Nope, I payed the $72 US so that I could have it now uncensored. The earliest I could find a shipped copy would have been somewhere around November 12th for $55.
It looks and sounds interesting, but it unfortunately has no demo that I'm aware of, so I have no way of knowing whether or not I would want to spend the full release date price for it. If they never do release a demo for it, I'll probably buy it when it goes down to $30 or so.
Does Canada get the censored or uncensored version of the game? I've checked and it always only says the US version is censored. But seems like US could mean North American...

Well, with the cost of shipping it from Europe to me would be only slightly less than $20. About $17. So, yeah...I don't mind paying $3 more to play it now.

I'm definitely getting it, though I may not get it the first day it comes out. I have a planned computer upgrade scheduled to be ordered on Black Friday to take advantage of the sales. May as well wait until I have the best possible rig to play that bad mamba jamba on first.
For those interested, I've finished DLing the game and have played through the opening of the game (nearly 2 hours long) up to Act 1. It has been outstanding thus far and if it can keep up this pace and level of storytelling it will easily become one of my favorite games of all time.

Euro versions come in pretty much every euro language. Just buy from a UK site and you will be fine.
Btw, gameplay has it in stock now for like $60-$65 U.S. (with shipping), or you can pay a few dollarsmore and download it now at the site given in this thread. Either way it is a lot more to pay for a little adult content! You could take that money and buy a whole adult dvd with it:P
i got my Witcher (PL version) yesterday, the best rpg i have ever played with gr8 gameplay, compared to this game oblivion sucks so much, ppl who like oryginal story will be happy
I got it :D:D at frist i hated the gameplay because i didnt know how to play i tryed to play in ots view and found the combat stupid then i watched a video tryed to play in the other views and i love it :D:D:D Btw i got a ati 800 xl agp grapics card 2 gbs of ram a p4 and it runs find on high wit the grass setting lowered :D:D:D
