seriously just practice lots and lots and lots

take breaks though because idk why but your practice something then have break until the next day you seem to be alot better than constant playing lol

At extremely high skill levels, people specialise. They specialise not just in a genre, but in one particular game.

I don't care for professional gaming or anything like that, and I don't follow it, but I can tell you now that there is no such thing as a 'best PC gamer in the world'. It's too broad a term - the top Counter-Strike player wouldn't stand a chance against the top StarCraft player in a game of SC, while the top SC player would get reamed by the top Quake 3 player in a game of Q3.

Asking who the best PC gamer in the world is is like asking who the best sportsman in the world is. Far, far too broad a term.

And, well, I don't want to dash your dreams but you will never be the best PC gamer in the world, and you would have to dedicate yourself fully just to becoming a recognised player in one particular game. And I mean fully.

not only that, it's near impossible to become the best in the world at something; i doubt any of us has what it takes to be the best at even one particular game, let alone be considered the best all-around gamer. we're just not all that special in the end.

You need to choose ONE game and practise. Play and play some more. I've known people who compete in games professionally and they would be awake constantly. They'd sleep like 4 hours a night and the rest of the time they would pretty much spend playing games. Personally i think it takes the fun out of the game when your getting to that point since they aren't trying out new and fun ways to play. They are just doing what it takes to win. Making sure their instints are spot on and their hand/eye co-ordination is as fast as possible.

You wont become "the best PC Gamer in the world" simply because people specialise in one game.. not several games since you can't play several games all at once to be the top. If you play any game, you'll find the top players play that one game all the time.
