I'm sure that i'm not the only person here who liked playing DMC4 on the PC more than the 360. So, who here wants Platinum Games to port Devi- i mean Bayonetta to the PC?

Why? I don't know. It just doesn't seem like a PC Game to me. But that's just me. :)[QUOTE="NoctisCaelum52"]Bayonetta better stay on consolesLox_Cropek

Same reason I bought Street Fighter 4 on my PS3 and not PC. Same goes for Bayonetta. But for those who won't/can't buy a console I guess it would be good.[QUOTE="NoctisCaelum52"]Bayonetta better stay on consolesNoctisCaelum52
Would be nice for people who want to play that type of game but only have a mid-range Computer and no Consoles (which was my situation about a month ago)
Yea they are really not for everyone. I enjoy them, but can not play very long at one time as it gets tedious. Not my kind of game

The more the merrier, but I voted no because it isn't a game that would do well on PC.
Basically if you have to buy a game pad for the game to be playable; it isn't likely to do well. That said I have DMC4 on PC, with a game pad of course.
It is a game I really want - but cant have at the moment so yes.
Considering Im leaning towards getting a ps3 soon, it is also another yes as the PS3 port was quite poor.
I hardly doubt it will happen... Hideki Kamiyas previous games Okami & Viewtiful Joe didnt land on the PC and those games were under the publishing of Capcom.
yeah i wouldn't mind seeing it come to pc but i'd much rather see more jrpg come out on pc before hack and slash games like bayonetta come out as you get more value out of them and personally i enjoy jrpg alot more then hack and slash games.
altoguh i'm not sure what the issue with controls with be as you can use any type of controller on the pc you plug in a gamepad and you good to go can't say the same about consoles no ability to plug in a mosue and keyboard at all.
I don't really care about it. Not at this specific point in time, at least. Serious Sam HD and ME2 are scheduled to release next week, the new STALKER the week after the next, then Bioshock 2, Alien vs Predator, Napoleon Total War, Battlefield Bad Company 2, Chaos Rising, Assassin's Creed 2,...holy crap, I need to start saving money.
I don't see any benefit to not having it on PC.F1_2004I agree. Many PC gamers don't care at all on games not on PC and this hinders the PC platform's growth. Imagine if PC also has console games, it would be better IRREGARDLESS of people's tastes. This is for the betterment of the platform. More games should be welcome. Games like Bayonetta aren't like Wii Fit and Wii Sports anyway if you know what i mean.
would be good to have it since the pc have only 1 this kind of game devil may cry NLahrenThere are others.
just as there are series and genres I much prefer on PC (and liked to remain exclusive), there is series I prefer stays on console aswell.
Bayonettais one of those I prefered staying on Console, as it would likely not be as good a fit on PC (control scheme, and playstyle make up my oppinion).
some games really just plays better on console, and I am not an advocate of all systems having the same games.
The control scheme can easily be fixed with a controller.just as there are series and genres I much prefer on PC (and liked to remain exclusive), there is series I prefer stays on console aswell.

Heaven forbid just because YOU do not like a game they should not port it.I don't like the game - can't see a point bringing it to PC

DMC 4 was great, but bayonetta kinda fell short, i thought while it felt alot like dmc, it was based waaay too much on sex appeal. idc if it gets ported, i for one will not buy it
i played and like the 360 version so i don't care if the pc ever gets it just doesn't seem like something pc gamers would like
Instead of a port, how about a game tailored exclusively for the PC. k0r3aN_pR1d3that would be too easy
Id love a pc version, I bought the ps3 version and it doesnt perform as well as id hope. Anyway, I hate these threads about console games in the pc games forum.
[QUOTE="dakan45"]But if sega is publishing it, i dont see that happening.badtakerexcatly. only Japanese developer that supports PC is Capcom. If Bayonetta would have been Capcom IP it would be come to PC after 3-4 months Squarenix is also starting to respond!!

It would be nice, but these types of games just don't do well at all on PC. Especially if they require a controller for the best gameplay experience.
I read in the SW forums that it is getting quite the poor reviews from some overseas mags.millerlight89
It won't matter because Final Fantasy's userbase is made of fanatics.
As long as it has "Final Fantasy" on it, it can be a sack of crap and would still sell millions.

And knowing that PC gaming isn't exactly as strong as it used to be, I HOPE that those millions get disappointed. Trying to stay on topic, I would have to admit that if they port Bayonetta, they should get permission from Capcom to use Dante as an unlockable character for a PC port. And knowing that PC gaming isn't exactly as strong as it used to beflashn00b
I don't know why people say that these days, as if PC is the only one that has changed, console gaming hasn't exactly retained its significance over the years either. Cross platform orientation on both console and PC shows both sides have lost significance, there isn't favouritism for one over the other.

But it's not as strong as it used to be and thats a fact. ConsoleS have taken the lead when it comes to gaming. Everything is more console focused.
