Who wants another tribes?

So I was just replaying tribes 2 for the multiplayer and tribes vengeance for the singleplayer and I was just wandiner who else here wants another tribes game? I think they should do something like MAG for the PS3 and use that idea for another tribes game. I still tihnk Tribes 2 is one of the best multiplayer games I've played

Section 8 comes the closest of any game since Tribes 2 for the multiplayer. I would like a proper tribes but I fear it would be a neutered version that would pale in comparison to the old games.

The Tribes series was so under rated imo. Maybe they were ahead of their time, but I loved Tribes 2. Tribes Vengeance was a big disappointment to me and lots of other Tribes fans. I really like the MAG idea, Tribes was awesome when you played on huge maps with lots of people. I REALLY want another Tribes 2 like game.

agreed, it was definately ahead of its time.

I loved the mods they had, too...there was this one where it added like 50 different weapons and stuff and unlimited jet pack fuel, man that was fun

I was just thinking about this the other day. I'd love to have a true "Tribes 3". I love the Battlefield games too, but they're sometimes too vehicle centric. Tribes was nice because the focus was still on the infantry.

How is section 8? is it better with the patches? How big is the online communityzerosaber456
