Who's buying Crysis 3?

Don't look at the full res versions, they're so beautiful you'll get a stroke.

Crytek's engineers are so far ahead of everyone else it's not even funny.

I got Crysis 1 for pre-ordering on Amazon.com. I shall see how inferior Crysis 1 is in the graphics.

A quick 1st impressions from me, seems a much better port than crysis 2, none of the sluggishness of the mouse of the previous game, graphics looks crisper as well.

Playing on everything high, smaa enabled. Graphics card gtx 560ti 1gb. Framerate is great, runs very smooth.

New driver today for Nvidia owners, if you are gonna get Crysis3 and have a nvidia card make sure to get the drivers.

Yes, 1920x1080 @60hrz.

I've been seeing some screens on Neogaf and I have to say that, at least on the graphics department, they have fully delivered. It's just jaw dropping, it's almost obscene.

Yeah well I saw that coming, the preview footage of the game was poop. I'll buy the game when it's about 3.99 to benchmark my PC.

Damn I just realized the site I obught the game from is based out of Germany and the release date there is Thursday. So lame :(

I pre-purchased the game, even though I should know better.  (I have this game and then other pre-purchase and then no more for me.  I can easily afford them, but there's very few games worth paying full price for, let alone making a blind buy like this). I did enjoy the other games in the series a ton. 

Some quick thoughts from the very brief time I've spent on it - the game is gorgeous, the bow is pretty fun though it seems to be a bit imbalance so far.  The first level has some slightly open areas, but is very COD-ish so far in how it's structured.

The sooner you accept you can't stop preordering, the happier you'll be.

I can't max it out on my system.

Set everything to very high and msaa x8 and the game is literally a slide show at 2560x1440.

turn off all AA and it goes from 20-80 FPS.

100% GPU utilization on both cards.  My SLI'd 680's have a very good OC too.

This is with the latest driver update released by Nvidia earlier today that supposedly was designed for Crysis 3.  

I aint even mad.

Well from the 15 minutes I've played the game is in fact damn gorgeous. That said, for some reason I couldn't hack my way out of the tutorial and now whenever I hack the first door ya gotta hack nothing happens. Odd stuff, no regrets though.8-Bitterness

If the campaign is as short as some rumors suggest, then I won't be buying it until it hits the 20 mark or below. I'm just not that into MP games, excluding some MMOs and MP centric games like BF and such. I just have a feeling that the MP in Crysis 3 will not be anything special. Crysis 1 and 2 didn't perform too well on those aspects so I'm not expecting much from this one either. Time will tell, I guess.

I'm buying Crysis 3. I may not be able to max it out at 1080p. Oh well. I still have a 15" 1024x768 LCD monitor. Maybe I can max Crysis 3 at that res until I assemble a new PC later this year.

I'm not, I stopped after Crysis 1. I only need one multiplayer fps, and BF3 is it. The only FPS's I'm willing to get are single player ones, like Far Cry 3. I'm really hoping there are more games like that in the future.

I wont be suppoerting Crytek anytime soon.

I will definitely be buying it at some point in time but probably not for a few months. The only game I have really been looking forward to was Dead Space 3 so anything else I will probably have to see some massively high praise and reviews before I purchase. With Bioshock Infinite and Simcity around the corner I will wait to see how those turnout first. Got to admit though, if there is a sandbox editor it will take some true strength to stay away from the game because I love making multiplayer maps :).

I just got it, it is much superior to the second. It remains to be seen about the rest.

Crysis is one of my favorite FPS series.  Can't wait to see how the series ends.  I love the story, personally; the fact that they can make the suit the hero, as much as the person wearing it, is awesome.  

Cant wait to suit up, stealth around, and play cat and mouse with enemies.
