Isn't Windows 7 selling for $200? Until I start working, I will not be able to afford that.
I have Windows Vista, how do I replace it with Windows 7 if I do buy it?

Retail full versions of windows have been $200 since at least windows 2000... You can get OEM for half the cost, as for your other question you can either do a direct upgrade (Vista only), or do a clean install.Captain__Tripps
Direct Upgrade? Clean Install? Sorry not to sure of what these mean.
Do I go to a website to directly upgrade?
Is the clean install inserting the DVD, will this erase any files on my hard drive?

Upgrade means turn your existing vista into windows 7, clean install is, a clean install. Clean install means you boot the dvd, and install a fresh os. You would upgrade by running the DVD from within vista. If you are a student in College, you can pick one up for $30. I already upgrade, won't be turning back now. k0r3aN_pR1d3

Then i am gonna use windowsblinds instead..... Just google it if you dont know what it is...I am. I really, really hate vista. I can't stand how it constantly needs you to tell it what to allow/disallow.chrisrooRYou know you can disable that, and windows 7 does the same thing, just not as bad... windows 7 i think has more fine tuned control of it though rather than just on/off I think too.
