The ATi website says that the system requirements for that card is 500w or greater! So from that source ... No! :?

Apevia power supplies are usually poor. and the 420W included with the XPACK is no exception. JonnyGURU's take on it: "This power supply is a total bust." I wouldn't trust it to power a system with any discrete card, much less the power-hungry 4870.

the only thing i cant tell is if this case uses a regular PSU or a Micro ATX PSU.

From what I can tell, it has roughly the same dimensions as a Micro-ATX PSU, allowing for an optical drive. An ATX PSU would probably fit if you didn't need a DVD drive.

??? The typical gaming computer consumes less than 300W at peak load, and one with a 4870 will run up to about 350. I have a Corsair 520W that I would not hesitate to use to power a Core 2 Quad, HD 4870 system. As long as it is a high quality unit, even a 400-450W PSU would suffice for most systems (though it might not be optimal for powering a 4870).
